BEEF TIPS WITH RED WINE MUSHROOMS SAUCE

12 oz boneless sirloin top roast or stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
Olive oil
10-15 clove garlic, left whole
3 large domestic mushrooms
1 cup bagged broccoli and carrot slaw mix
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add beef to the pan, then the garlic cloves. Cook until beef browns slightly on all sides. Add slaw mix and cook until it wilts, about 3 minutes. Add mushroom and cook until they are almost done. Deglaze pan with red wine. Warm about 2 minutes or until liquid simmers. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Move solids aside to expose liquid, slowly add flour while whisking quickly. Continue to add slowly until sauce reaches gravy-like consistency or thicker.
