SEAFOOD SPINACH DIP

1 lb crabmeat
1/4 lb salad size shrimp
2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 green or red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp each crushed dried basil and thyme, Old Bay Seafood seasoning, salt and pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Saute garlic and chopped vegetables in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
