CAESAR ARTICHOKE DIP – Sandra Lee

Cooking spray
2/3 cup Caesar salad dressing, regular or fat free
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream, regular or low-fat
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cans (15 ounces each) artichoke quarters in water, drained and chopped
1 can (14.5-ounce) diced tomatoes with basil and garlic, drained
5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Baked pita chips and/or vegetable dippers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together salad dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Stir in artichokes, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, and hot pepper sauce. Transfer to prepared baking dish.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden. Serve dip with baked tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers. Makes 4 cups.
