*BEEF TENDERLOIN TOPPED WITH HERBED CHEESE*

4 (1 inch) thick beef tenderloin steaks
2 tbsp softened cream cheese
4 tbsp crumbled blue cheese and plain yogurt
2 tsp minced onions
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, halved
1/2 tsp salt, divided
2 tsp chopped parsley

Combine cheeses, yogurt, onion and pepper; reserve. Rub each side of steaks with garlic. Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2-3 inch from heat source. Broil 5-6 minutes. Season with salt. Turn and broil 3-4 minutes. Season with remaining salt. Top each steak with equal amounts of cheese mixture. Broil an additional 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
