1 lb beef scaloppini
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
1 egg
1 pkg mushrooms
3 cups noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 cup Marsala wine
Pound beef until thin, dip in egg, flour, egg, bread crumbs. Saute in butter with mushrooms. Remove to warm platter. Mix wine with butter, pour over beef. Serve with noodles.
