BAKED PORK CHOPS II

Category: Pork - Chops and Steaks

4 boneless pork chops, about 1 1/2 lbs
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
1 shallot, chopped
1/4 tsp chili sauce

Rinse and pat dry chops. Combine remaining ingredients and place in a resealable bag with marinade. Seal and refrigerate overnight, turning the bag occasionally to make sure the marinade covers all the chops.

Preheat the oven to 425. Remove the chops from the bag and discard the marinade. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4
