4 center cut boneless chops
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place dressing in a flat dish and bread crumbs in another. Dip chops in dressing and then in bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Place coated chops into baking dish and bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes, turning after about 15 minutes to evenly brown.
