BOURBON BURGERS

1 lb ground beef
1 tsp hickory salt and chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1 tsp hickory smoke liquid
1 cup bourbon

Form hamburger into 3-4 patties and lightly brown in pan. Remove burgers; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients except bourbon into saucepan. Slowly drain grease. Add 1 shot bourbon. Place patties in broiler, cover with sauce. Cook 7-10 minutes at 375. Flip burgers. Pour 1 shot over burgers. Blow out the flame when bourbon lights up. Add more sauce, covering well, add more bourbon. Cook until done. Place burgers on a plate and add 1 more shot. Serve immediately.
