STRAWBERRY GLAZE - Easy

Category: Glazes

1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
12 drops red food coloring
3 tbsp strawberry jello

Cook first 4 ingredients until thick and add jello. Let cool for 10 minutes before using as desired.

NOTE: I like to make a cheesecake and top with strawberries and pour this glaze over the strawberries.
