CRAB AND SHRIMP AU GRATIN

4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup milk
1/3 cup softened cream cheese spread
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
1/4 cup crab meat
1/2 cup small cooked shrimp
Hot cooked rice
Combine first 4 ingredients until smooth. In a double-boiler, combine cheese and milk until smooth. Add flour mixture and hot sauce, stir until smooth. Add seafood and pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
