CARAMEL BUTTER PECAN BARS

2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped (reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish)
1 cup prepared (store bought) caramel sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer, cream butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix until fully incorporated. Mix in vanilla. Slowly add flour and mix until combined. Using a spatula, fold in pecans. Pour mixture into a 9X9 baking dish sprayed with a non-stick baking spray. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel sauce and reserved chopped pecans. Allow to fully cool, and cut into bars.
