SPICY BLACKENED SHRIMP TACOS

1/4 cup butter
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
Cajun blacking seasoning
4 to 6 flour or corn tortillas
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup chopped onions
Shredded cheddar cheese

Coat shrimp with seasoning and saute in butter 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Heat tortillas and fill with shrimp, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and cheese.
