Shelly's Recipe

SPINACH RANCH DIP

Category: Dips - Cold

2 cups sour cream
1 envelop ranch salad dressing mix
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano

In a bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour before serving with favorite fresh vegetables. Serves 10-15

NOTE: Also good place into a hollowed bread bowl and bread pieces served as dippers.
