Shelly's Recipe

* BAJA BEAN DIP*

1 can refried beans
2 tbsp chili seasoning mix
1 pkg dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup chunky salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 tbsp hot sauce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, for top

Mix together and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.

NOTE: This is also good served as a cold dip.
