ORANGE GLAZE for Ham

1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Stir ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. 15 minutes before the hams is finished, begin brushing with the glaze, and continue doing this every 3 minutes until the total cooking time has been completed. Makes enough for a 10 lb ham.
