TROPICAL CHICKEN SALAD II

2 cups diced cooked chicken breast meat
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 tsp curry powder
1 (20 oz) can chunked pineapple, drained
2 large firm bananas, sliced
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut
3/4 cups salted coarsely chopped peanuts, macadamia nuts or cashews

Place chicken and celery in a bowl. Combine mayonnaise and curry and add the chicken mixture; mix well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Before serving, add remaining ingredients; toss gently. Sprinkle with nuts.
