HAM AND BROCCOLI MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 (7-ounce) ham steak, cubed
1 (32-ounce) box frozen macaroni and cheese, thawed in the refrigerator
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine macaroni and cheese, ham, broccoli, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese Spoon into a 9 x 9 baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter, stirring well; sprinkle on casserole. Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Serves: 4
