LEMON-ROSEMARY DRY STEAK RUB

1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp each salt, dried thyme leaves and coarse ground pepper
2 large clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients and mix until well blended. Rub evenly over the surface of favorite steak. Grill as desired. Enough for 2 lbs meat
