GARLIC ROSEMARY DRY STEAK RUB

4 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp each salt, rosemary leave and cracked black pepper

Combine ingredients and mix until well blended. Rub evenly over the surface of favorite steak. Grill as desired. Enough for 2 lbs meat
