1 cup milk
1 small pkg instant pudding, any flavor
1/2 cup each butter and shortening
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together milk and pudding; let it rest while combining remaining ingredients. Add both mixtures together and blend well to desired consistency.
