CHICKAN AND HAM SALAD

Category: Salads - Poultry

1/3 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream
1 tbsp each prepared mustard and lemon juice
2 cups each diced cooked chicken and ham
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion and pickle relish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients and chill until ready to serve.

NOTE: Good served as an individual salad over crispy salad greens and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
