BLUE CHEESE DIP for Buffalo Wings

1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp each pepper and onion salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup cream
3 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled

Whisk together the garlic and seasonings and then add the next 3 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients, folding in the blue cheese last. Chill, covered, overnight before serving.
