NEW ORLEANS DEVILED CRAB SALAD

1 1/2 lb crab meat
2 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped fine
2 oz pimientos, chopped fine
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup Creole mustard and mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Garnishes: 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine and 1 bunch fresh parsley

Mix ingredients except crab and eggs, combining well. Fold crab into mixture. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. When ready to serve, place into individual dishes or a large salad bowl lined with lettuce. Top with garnishes.
