CAJUN ROASTED POTATOES

2 lbs cut up potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp finely minced garlic
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp thyme

Combine potatoes and olive oil in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat well. Roast at 450 for about 35 minutes, stirring 2 to 3 times.
