NO BAKE BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES

1 cup sugar
2 pasteurized eggs
3/4 cup butter
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
6 oz butterscotch chips
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Grease or foil line a 9x13 inch baking pan. Melt butter and sugar together till sugar dissolves. Cool. Stir in eggs. Fold in crumbs, coconut, marshmallows and nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Melt chips and peanut butter together. Spread this over the first layer. Cool and cut into bars.
