2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup packed brown sugar and butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 300. In a medium combine dry ingredients set aside. In another bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy; add egg, vanilla and sour cream. Beat until light an fluffy.

Scrap bowl and add dry ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix.

Melt chocolate chips, stirring constantly until melted. Cool chocolate for a few minutes and pour over cookie batter.

Using a wooden spoon, lightly fold melted chocolate into the batter but do not completely mix into the cookie dough.

Drop by rounded tbspfuls, 2 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Do not brown. Quickly place cookies on wire rack to cool.
