SMOKED SAUSAGE AND HASH BROWNS - Crock pot

1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced thick
2 lb frozen hash browns, not thawed
6 green onions, sliced
1 small green bell pepper, sliced
Garlic powder and pepper, to taste
1 can cheddar cheese soup
10 oz milk

Combine ingredient except soup and milk into a greased crockpot, stirring gently to mix. Whisk together soup and milk and pour over mixture in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
