GERMAN SAUSAGE SKILLET WITH CABBAGE

1 (16 oz) pkg kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
6 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 tsp each caraway seed, salt and black pepper

Saute sausage in a skillet until browned; drain on paper towels. Add vegetables and saute for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sausage, wine and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and continut to cook about 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serve immediately. Serves 4
