1/2 lb extra-wide egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
2 tbsp butter, cut into small bits
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt, garlic powder and pepper, to taste
Toss cooked noodles with remaining ingredients until butter melts, about 1 minute. Taste for additional seasoning. Serves 4
