HUNTERS CHICKEN

1 (9 oz) pkg fresh linguine, cooked al dente, drained
12 chicken breast tenders, about 1 lb
2 tbsp Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped pimento-stuffed olives
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

While pasta is cooking, dredge chicken in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken on each side, about 3 minutes. Stir in olives and next 4 ingredients. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4
