CHEDDARY GARLIC BASIL BISCUITS

2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp each basil and garlic powder
1/4 cup butter, melted

Stir together first 3 ingredients until a soft dough forms, then beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine seasonings and melted butter and brush over hot biscuits before serving. Makes 10-12 biscuits
