ITALIAN TURKEY BREAST - Crock pot

4-6 lb boneless turkey breast
2 cups water
2 pkg zesty Italian salad dressing mix

Place turkey in crock pot. Combine water and dressing mix and pour over meat. Cook on HIGH for 8 hours. Take breast out of cooker and allow to rest about 10 minutes before slicing.
