BLIZZARD PARTY MIX

2 cups oven-toasted cereal squares
2 cups small pretzel twists
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup coarsely chopped caramels
2 cups white chocolate chips

Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute; stirring after 30 seconds. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture into prepared pan and let stand for 20-30 minutes or until firm. Break into bite-size pieces.
