MISSION BAKED BEANS

8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 (28 oz) can pork and beans
1 (15 1/2 oz) can chili beans, undrained
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Combine ingredients except; mix gently. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 475 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
