3/4 cup rock shrimp, sauteed
1 cup spinach, blanched
1 cup ricotta and cottage cheeses, drained
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
8 sheets phyllo dough
1/4 cup butter, melted

Two layers at a time, brush phyllo dough with butter. Combine remaining ingredients for filling. Spread the mixture on the bottom edge of the phyllo dough; roll into tube. Slice tube into 2 inch sections. Place slices on a greased parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
