SWEET MEAT DRY RUB MIX

5 cups packed dark brown sugar
4 cups paprika
1 2/3 cup each dry mustard, garlic powder and onion power
1 1/3 cup dried sweet basil
3/4 cup ground bay leaves
2/3 cup each ground coriander, ground savory, dried thyme, black pepper and white pepper
4 tbsp ground cumin
5 cups seasoning salt

Mix together and store in the freezer in gallon storage bag. Makes about 6-8 quarts.
