BROWNIE BUTTONS - Easy

1 (16.5-oz.) refrigerated roll triple chocolate chunk brownie batter
1 bag of assorted miniature peanut butter cup candies and chocolate-coated caramels
4 ounces white chocolate
2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Spray miniature muffin pans with cooking spray, or line pans with paper liners and spray liners with cooking spray. Spoon brownie batter evenly into each cup, filling almost full. Bake at 350 for 19 to 20 minutes. Cool in pans 3 to 4 minutes, and then gently press a miniature candy into each baked brownie until the top of candy is level with top of brownie. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Gently twist each brownie to remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack.

Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or using the microwave. Add the vegetable oil slowly. Add enough oil so that the chocolate is loose enough to dip the brownie buttons into.
