CHICKEN CALABRAISE OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

1 pkg chicken cutlets, cut into bite-size pieces
Flour
Butter and olive oil
1 small pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion chopped
2-3 clove garlic, minced
3-5 slices prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup vermouth
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mozzarella
1 pkg angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained

Coat chicken pieces with flour and saute in oil and butter. Place in a baking pan. To the pan drippings, saute the next 4 ingredients for 3-5 minutes. Add the cream and vermouth; bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove and place sliced cheese on top of the chicken. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over pasta.
