Shelly's Recipe

HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups sliced onions
1 crushed garlic clove garlic, minced 1 (No. 2 1/2 can) tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 (6 oz) can water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp salt
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp thyme and marjoram
1 (8 oz) pkg uncooked egg noodles

Heat oil in a skillet and brown hamburger until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and place half the mixture into a casserole dish. Add noodles and top with remaining mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serves 6
