GREAT RICH DESSERT PIES

Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix together and press into 2 pie plates. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow to cool before making filling.

Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Mix together and pour into pie crusts.

Topping
7 oz coconut
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans

Spread on cookie sheet and toast the coconut and pecans, stirring often. Sprinkle on top of pies.

1 jar caramel ice cream topping.

Pour over top of pies and freeze slightly before serving. (You want it firm but not solid.)
