POLKA DOT DESSERT

6 oz chocolate chips
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 pkg dream whip
1/2 pkg miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate chips; cool partially. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter and press into a 9 inch square baking pan. Fold melted chips into half the whipped cream until well mixed. Fold in marshmallows. Spread over wafer mixture. Cover with remaining dream whip. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
