GLAZED CORNED BEEF - Crock pot

Category: Brisket/Cornbeef

1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb) corned beef brisket
1 onion, quartered
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp cream-style horseradish
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup molasses or dark brown sugar

Place brisket and onion in crock pot and cover with water. Cover and cook on LOW for 10-12 hours or until tender. Drain and place on a broiler pan. Discard onion and juice.

Combine remaining ingredients and brush on all sides of meat. Bake, basting occasionally, about 20 minutes or until meat begins to brown. Cut into thin slices.
