SOUTHWESTERN BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
Olive oil
2 cups chunky salsa
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 400. Season chicken with seasonings. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish. Pour salsa over chicken; cover and bake about 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
