MINI MEATLOAVES ITALIANO

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, divided
1 (3.8 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350 Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 2 cups of the spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup of the olives, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well. Shape to form eight 4x3-inch loaves. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Brush remaining spaghetti sauce over loaves; top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/2 cup olives. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
