WHITE CHOCOLATE FRANGELICO TRUFFLES

8 ounces high quality white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons Frangelico
1 cup chopped hazelnuts

Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add sugar, egg yolk and liqueur; beat until smooth. Transfer mixture to a shallow glass dish. Cover and refrigerate one hour. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in hazelnuts. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve at room temperature.
