1/2 cup butter
3 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 lemon, diced
1/2 cup each beer and Worcestershire sauce
1 cup each ketchup, vinegar and vegetable oil
1 tsp each onion salt, garlic salt and pepper
Bring ingredients to a boil and simmer at least 30 minutes before basting favoring meat.
