BAYOU CHICKEN I

Category: Chicken

1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 lbs chicken pieces

Place chicken in a resealable bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into bag and seal. Refrigerate at lest 2 hours; drain and discard marinade. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken until fully cooked.
