CHEESE MEATBALLS

Category: Meatballs

3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup baking mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder
1 lb ground beef

Combine ingredients and shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
