SALMON STEAKS WITH DILL BUTTER

2 salmon steaks, about 1 inch at thickest part
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 oz softened butter
4 tbsp dry white wine
Salt and pepper, to taste

Make foil packed and place the fish on them. Mix together the herbs and butter. Spread on fish and season with salt and pepper. Tip the wine over the salmon and quickly close to make a parcel. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.
