SALMON WITH DILL

Category: Fish and Seafood

2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp each lemon juice and chopped fresh dill weed
4 (8 oz) salmon filets, skin removed

In a skillet, melt butter and add remaining ingredients except salmon; stir well. Add salmon and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork halfway through the cooking. Place on a serving platter and top with sauce. Serves 4
